Built in the Gothic Carpenter style, with steeply pitched roof; lancet windows and porch tracery, Christ Church is the perfect setting for an intimate wedding. The church seats 75 ? 85 people but has held a total of 95 at a pinch. Today one approaches the Church from Eastern Hutt Road but originally its entrance was on High Street via a row of yew and holly trees. At night the Church and trees are floodlit and the effect is magical. The charming graveyard records names of many of the Hutt district?s pioneers and tells much of the history of the district. This is ideal settling in which to have photos taken.

Attractive beachfront garden setting. Situated in Sunset Parade, Plimmerton, near the Fire Station. Plimmerton Hall is an ideal hall for weddings, social functions and meetings, and the whole facility can hold 150 people. The surface is suitable for indoor bowls. The hall has a separate carpeted supper room which holds 50 people. Off the supper room is a fully equipped kitchen area with stove, pie warmer and two zips. 10 tables and 92 chairs are provided in the main hall, and 20 (4×4) tables and 25 chairs are provided in the Supper Room. The supper room is able to be hired as a separate venue as it has a separate entrance. The kitchen area is shared by both hirers when these is a duplicate hire of both hall and supper room. There is a stage with separate dressing room facilities. The dressing room is hired by the Mana Little Theatre at a nominal charge. When there is a social function in the hall, the dressing room cannot be hired separately.
Attractive spacious dockside venue.The beautiful Shed 5 building is an iconic waterfront location, and part of it’s historic beauty is the wooden interior and ceiling. However due to this the sound from the other dining rooms carries through the building, and our private dining room is not suitable for boardroom-style presentations. It has been used effectively with minimal audio equipment for marketing functions and sales pitches. Local business like to use it to entertain clients and make presentations, but audio equipment is required.Our main dining room has a maximum capacity of around 220 people, and is comfortable with groups over 100. Shed 5 regularly caters to function groups from 10 to 200. We have a beautiful private dining room facing the waterfront, the main dining room can seat up to 120 people and areas of the bar can be set aside for groups of up to 40 (or 80 if the weather is good!).

There is also a bar area, rustic feasting tables and an outdoor fire pit to congregate around. There is ample space too for entertainment such as a band. The Barn can fit up to 150 guests standing or 90 seated.
